This one took a
little longer because there was interest from various
publishers. I'm now thrilled to announce that I have a contact
for the next 3 books (11-13). I'm returning to my old
publisher, Penguin (who has Bitten & Stolen). I'll
be under the Dutton imprint in hardcover and Plume again in
paperback.
It's out! It came out Sept 30, so you should be able to
find this one now. Yes, that's quick, but they like to bring
the paperback out one month before the next hardcover, so you
get this one earlier than usual! It's a one-off, though,
unfortunately. The paperback for
Living with the Dead is scheduled for next October, the
usual year from the hardcover.
It's...almost out! It comes out later this month (Oct 21,
I think)
Book 8 is out in paperback. Book 9 is almost out in
hardcover. Book 10 is written...so it's time to release
the details. This one is called
Frostbitten and it's an Elena book. For a brief

As you can tell by my schedule below, it's a busy month!
Two events I'd like to call attention to are "Haunted McMaster"
Oct 10 in Hamilton, ON, where I'm one of ten authors attending
and "Ghoul's Night Out" Oct 30 in St. Thomas, ON, where I'm
reading, chatting and signing with fellow authors Eve Silver/Kenin
and Michelle Rowen/Maddox. Both will be great events, and
great opportunities to come out and chat. At McMaster I'll
be sitting around all night looking for someone to talk to, and
in St. Thomas it's a small and relaxed venue. Plus, I
still have a handful of those SpectraPulse magazines with a new
Elena story to give away at events. You'll find details on
all my events below.
