Welcome to my 2026 e-serial! Being October, something gothic seemed a good choice. Raven’s Moor is a standalone long novella (or short novel!) What’s it about? Well, that’s the joy of free e-serials. A description isn’t needed. If you’re interested, you can just start reading and see if you like it.

Chapters will be posted Mon/Wed/Fri. The first goes up Oct 1, which is a Thursday, so I’ll add chapter two on Oct 2. If you are unfamiliar with my e-fiction, this is an early draft. Basically, I write it, give it a quick read-through and post it, often starting before the book is finished. It’ll end Oct 31, even if that means a flurry of final posts. Then it’ll be up for a week before vanishing to be properly edited and released as an ebook in 2027, when it will no longer be free 😉

How does it have a cover already? Well, I buy premades that catch my eye, and when I start a short story or novella, I look through to see whether anything works. This one by Ravven was perfect, and since I had barely started writing it, the cover influenced one particular aspect of the story.
